Our machines can handle diameters up to Ø1100, allowing us to manage both single-piece production and series production. Furthermore, some machines are equipped with live tooling and a Y-axis, enabling us to finish complex turned parts as well.

Which diameters do we machine?Our CNC turning machines can handle workpieces with a maximum diameter of up to 1100 mm, as seen with our GEMINIS GHT5 G2 machines. This allows us to perform large and complex turning operations, including detailed work using driven tools and Y-axis functionality.

What is the size of our surface grinding machine park?Our turning facility consists of several modern CNC lathes, including GEMINIS GHT5 G2, CTX beta 2000 TC, DOOSAN PUMA models, and MAZAK INTEGREX machines. Many of these machines are equipped with a sub-spindle, Y-axis, live tooling, and robot integration, enabling us to carry out complex and efficient machining operations.
